Its true, but i believe that if we really explain the topic really well to the person to make them understand a fact, they could start to view it as differently and maybe do change their pov or opinions, as an exemple ill use myself, i didnt understand homosexuality, untill i really started to understand it, however im not sure if my belief here is true or not!!

I agree, but it doesn’t change the fact that those who refuse to change their stance because they are connected to it emotionally are ignorant. It kind of makes them seem too confident about their choices. For example, what’s stopping me from saying I believe 2+2=3 just because I feel like it?
