It was and is a sabotage. Long term one. Mercedes especially Toto need to step tf up or leave George alone to other more appreciative team. George revealed to press that he actually tend to be given weaker car than Kimi’s and he felt like “someone didn’t want him to compete” (there are videos on YouTube and official press blogs, go ahead and search). He just wanted to be given same car like Kimi’s so that he can compete equally. PU belongs to George’s car is older than Kimi’s and the problem has been issued to Mercedes but barely actions taken. Same thing used to happened to Lewis, before he exits the team. Toto gave extra attention to Kimi bcs he wanted to repeat history to have youngest WDC and George isn’t one even though George contributed higher percentage in the team. If you have 2 players and you can’t give them equal opportunities to compete healthily, that’s sabotage. This is worst because it came from his own home team.
