The attorney I worked for refused to give me a raise I was doing the work of three, I left he hired two other girls, they couldn’t keep up it’s been about 7 months since I left and he just announced he’s retiring at the end of the year 🤷♀️

You can’t quit your toxic job because you can’t afford it. You are literally chained to your misery by economic shackles. That’s why you need at least 6 months of living expenses saved up so you can peace out on a toxic job

I had to cover for someone that quit, Because of a toxic environment, It just doubled my work load with no compensation, I did it for 6 Months, They started to see the savings with having me. Do all the work and we're in no hurry to find someone else, So I walked away, should I have left sooner.

when i quit my toxic job, my face changed (i didn't have cortisol face anymore), i lost weight naturally, my period started to become regular, i got rid of toxic habits (smoking, drinking), my skin improved, & i felt like a different person!

a manager at my job is running the entire team off other managers and all. companies need to do better with the ppl they choose to run the show .. high management and employee turn over is grounds for a failing business .. get rid of gen x and boomer bosses they live too far in the past
