quick question why not just leave the plug in the boat then you know for a fact you never lose it never take mine out besides the drain it out the water and who wants to leave it open it gives a good nesting ground for bees Critters and things to get in the bottom of your boat😁

I keep the bronze plug in the engine well. If it should ever disappear on me, my boat key has a plastic plug I can use in a pinch
