he actually did everything correctly with the information he had at the time. turns out the lady had a genetic mutation that causes her to metabolize anesthesia and other numbing agents faster than someone without the genetic mutation. no one including the lady knew she had the genetic mutation until they tested her genes after the fact. Which is a legit thing that happens, natural red heads have the genetic mutation, people with hyper mobility disorders like Ehlers danlos syndrome, marfans, etc. have it. people with chronic pain disorders like fibromyalgia, etc. have it. Unfortunately I am very unlucky and am a natural redhead with ehlers danlos syndrome, marfans, and fibromyalgia. so during surgeries need more anesthesia than a regular person, at the dentist need more laughing gas and lidocaine/numbing agents, pain medications need a higher dosage. etc. cause of genetics
