Hilarious that Bond St. is “beaujy”…..45 years ago I was at Great Jones cafe every week for a couple years and those blocks were much more dangerous (and real and fun) than today’s Bond street that may as well be Madison Ave…..the city I grew up in and loved has been disappearing for decades ……
