@crazy_eatz: 🔥 STASH OR TRASH? BABY, THIS ONE BEEN IN THE STASH! 🔥 If you’ve been following me, then you already KNOW this isn’t my first time showing y’all the MERACH Slim Vibration Plate Exercise Machine — and it definitely won’t be the last! 😂👏🏽 I’ve reviewed this machine several times, and now I’m showing you different ways I incorporate it into my routine because I need y’all to understand why this thing keeps making appearances! The vibration creates an unstable surface that makes your muscles repeatedly contract as your body works to stabilize itself. Depending on the exercises you do on it, you can turn a simple vibration session into an added challenge for your legs, glutes and core. 🔥 And YES, you can literally just stand on it when you want a quick vibration session — but add squats, different stances or other movements and BABY… now we’re WORKING! 😭😂 It’s also compact enough for a home gym, which I love because I do NOT need another piece of workout equipment taking up half the house! Now, I know you’ll see “lymphatic drainage” in the product description, but I’m not about to promise y’all that standing on a machine is going to magically detox your entire body. 😂 I’m here for what I can actually use it for: movement, muscle activation and adding something different to my home workout routine. ✅ STASH — and it STAYS in the stash! If you’ve been watching me use this and saying, “I’m going to get one eventually…” THIS is your sign to stop watching mine and go get YOURS! 😂👏🏽 🛒 Tap the product link and check out the MERACH Slim Vibration Plate for yourself. Because we’re not buying workout equipment to let it become an expensive clothes rack! 😭😂 GET ON IT AND USE IT! #MERACH #MERACHVibrationPlate #VibrationPlate #HomeWorkout #TikTokShop
