That means ========= • Qantas domestic — Terminal 1 • International flights — Terminal 2 • Virgin Australia — Terminal 3 DROP OFF: Level 3 PICK UP: Level 2 Follow the new signs from the Tullamarine Freeway onto Naarm Way. Your usual trip to the front of the terminals is changing, so give yourself extra time while everyone gets familiar with it. The new zones are free to use, with 74 drop off spaces and 115 pick up spaces. Terminal 4, including Jetstar, keeps its existing pick up and drop off arrangements. Arrived early? The waiting zone on Mercer Drive offers the first 60 minutes free. Wait there until your passenger is ready to be collected. Staff will be available to help, and free assistance is available for travellers who need support getting between the hub and terminals.
