It makes sense to me that women could value safety and financial security when they didn’t work, when the husband was the sole provider and they were the stay-at-home child raiser. But today women can work and do work. Many women don’t want kids, they want to be career orientated, so why then do they expect men to provide the financial security? 🤷🏻♂️it makes sense if they want to have kids and want to stay home to raise them. But if they don’t the they are responsible for their own financial security not their male partners

After we’d been together for nearly 20 years. She came in with nothing, and wanted to leave with it all. Now no woman comin in without her own status, what I make what I have, isn’t for her to know.
