@padmini18_: The 2018 “blue lights” fraud and corruption case involving former Acting National Police Commissioner Lieutenant-General Kgomotso Phahlane, former Deputy National Commissioner Lieutenant-General Bonang Mgwenya, several senior SAPS generals and officers, as well as businessman Vimpie Manthata and his company, Instrumentation for Traffic Law Enforcement (ITLE), has been withdrawn. The matter was withdrawn in the Palm Ridge Specialised Crimes Court today. It relates to a 2016 SAPS contract for the supply and installation of emergency warning equipment, including blue lights, on police vehicles.
Provincial withdrawn it's temporary, it means the NPA must bring new facts to reinstate the case on a Court roll. They are not off the hook yet😂

The law was made for Black people. Since Black people were appointed in key positions in the SAPS, targets were Black people by the system. How then can it be trusted?
