@kenfisher80: Massachusetts Listings Rise 17% Statewide There’s been a notable shift in Massachusetts real estate: new listings for single-family homes and condos surged 17% statewide in mid-Q3, giving buyers a wider selection to consider. Median home values remain strong—$695K for single-family homes, up about 2% year over year, and $565K for condos, up 4%. While single-family closed sales held nearly steady (just under a 1% dip), condo closings dropped around 6%. Industry voices are finding the increase in listings encouraging, since more options mean buyers have a better shot at finding just the right fit—especially those who know what to look for in a well-priced home. As we head into the fall, expectations are for more inventory and continued buyer interest, which should keep market activity lively and support more pending sales. With my background in construction and years of experience in the MetroWest and Boston markets, I always keep an eye on these shifts to help my clients make informed decisions. #massachusetts #massachusettshomes #massachusettshousing #massachusettsrealestate #massachusettsinvesting #massachusettsrealtor #massachusettsrealestateagent #realestate #realtor #realestateagen
