My finance, not wife, didn’t want kids but we had 2 anyway in a short period of time. She had traumatic pregnancies and deliveries and the kids have health problems. She is also having issues with her reproductive organs that cause MONTHLY issues and her dr is recommending a hysterectomy. BUT I want a boy so I want her to disregard all that so we can maybe have what I want. Did I get that right?

"Elective hysterectomy" is what the doctors & insurance calls a hysterectomy unless it's a dire emergency. Even with endometriosis.

Get over the fact that what you want reauires consent of a woman's body. Just like the 'fiance' can't force him to get a vasectomy he can't force her to not have a hysterectomy. That's like really OBVIOUS.
