I recently had an epiphany that my whole life I’ve been happy to sit on the sidelines and I decided enough is enough. Making content and putting yourself out there is scary but not putting yourself out there when you *want* to is scarier.

Since I've started posting on tiktok I've noticed my confidence has definitely improved with talking to camera videos. I don't have a fear of talking on camera anymore, can just talk about anything and not worry which is a great step forward but still a long way to go with learning how to keep people watching it's not easy 🤷
