Do not use that cream coconut for rice!! It’s really sweet!! I made that mistake and had to turn it into coconut rice pudding situation

That cream of coconut is meant for sweet tropical cocktails, or coconut desserts. It will NOT make the kind of coconut rice you’re thinking of.

I have a great use for the cream of coconut. It’s REALLY sweet. Not good for rice but if you have a cake mix make it as usual then poke it full of holes(like a poke cake) pour the whole can all over the cake and allow to fully cool. Frost with cool whip and you can add toasted coconut if you have it for decoration but it’s just as good without! Super yummy!😋

cream of coconut is NOT the same as coconut cream, just so you know. cream of coconut is used for baking or making cocktails, coconut cream is what you want in your rice!

One of my favorite lazy night dinners lately is a box of goodles and throwing in a container of tuna. (Think Tuna Helper but healthy-ish). High protein and lazy. ♥️
