but the couture finish don't work with every fabric 😭 I am doing a two piece set for my friends wedding, and the fabric is like an angel skin satin and the bias bound seam created like a rigid silhouette that looked weird in the pants, and now I don't know how to finish it 😞

Depends on the item. Bags where I want to ensure the fabric doesn’t fray internally I use pinking shears. Some clothes I do either zig zag or a French seam (because I have no serger, but I DO have an edge cutting foot)
