Put that money in an income producing portfolio and get a prenuptial agreement and don’t worry about it. You don’t have $1 million once it’s in an income producing portfolio. You have a $10,000 a month income. Make it clear from the very beginning. That’s not spending money. That is compounding for retirement and producing an income for for myself. With only $1 million that’s where it needs to be anyway

I would never marry again. buy a house together if you want. But treat the money transactionally. What use is a piece of paper apart from a huge bill in lawyer fees when the next divorce appears on the horizon.
