Kanti why do people act like renting is wasting money? I say flexibility when you are young, ownership when the kids come. Both have their season. For me it was always about the children having fixed schools and a stable home.

2 major expenses is Rent or Bond plus utilities billings. Buy and one-day you will free it, and have only one major utilities billings or don't buy and pay Rent plus utilities in old age . ( Rent plus utilities not cheap )
