You can tin them again yourself it’s pretty easy, and unlike stainless steel it’s not gonna have heavier metals in it like nickel and chromium, which are toxic.

I don't have a nice enough range to justify copper cookware. I also don't trust any of the other people I'm living with to not damage that kind of nice cookware. I'll stick with stainless steel and aluminum cores.
