The “every flour mill” line does not hold up. Gaza had five mills. By day 40 the last one still running, Al-Salam in Deir al-Balah, was hit and local milling stopped. That part is real. AFP reported at least two of the five were hit. The others were already down from fuel, wheat, and supply cuts. WFP said only one of five was still working by 19 October. Collapsed production is not the same as every mill destroyed.
