So when I recommend a product to you, know that my recommendations do not come lightly or easily. I have to be IMPRESSED and as a curly hair stylist, it has to be effective for more than just a couple curl types. I want products that do it all. Most importantly, I want the best curly hair products that have a water base so it doesn’t leave tons of residue and crud on strands and scalps. That way, they’re re-activated when you do touch-ups before wash day and when you do wash, the products actually rinse OUT of your hair. Like completely.
