My anxiety and depression has been at an all time recently since my previous miscarriage, I stayed in bed all morning on Saturday, and walked downstairs to my husband putting up my 20 foot Christmas tree, saying “I know it’s not much, but I know this will help you a tiny bit” I cried the rest of the day
