I fear this is just being called an adult and the biggest lie they told us is we would never work if we liked a job. They’re all jobs and none are fun from my perspective but the longer you can stay the more PTO you can accrue every two weeks and that’s where value is in time off 🤷♀️who cares about hourly I want time off and the people I know with the most by far have put time into a position.
