In a new conversation with a content creator on TikTok, Gypsy blamed Autumn for being the #1 stressor in Ken’s life leading up to his death. Gypsy claims that Ken broke up with her to “get space” and to “deal with his drinking.” Gypsy also accused Autumn of leaking Ken's death online and forcing the entire story to go public. Gypsy further claimed that she spoke to Ken on Monday, September 28, 2026, and that Ken was upset about his sister, claiming Autumn was causing his spiral. She also claimed, without evidence, that Ken told his friends Autumn was the leading reason for his stress. Gypsy gave a convoluted timeline for the day of Ken’s death and falsely claimed that Ken listened to a voice memo she sent him in the afternoon on October 1. However, Autumn has hit back, stating that the autopsy made it clear Ken had been deceased much longer than 4 hours when his body was found. Gypsy keeps giving alibis for a situation that no one asked her to explain. She also claimed she didn’t believe Autumn spoke to Ken, nor did she believe Ken told Autumn that he loved her. Autumn provided redacted screenshots to prove she may have been the last person to speak to Ken on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Autumn spoke to him twice: • 10:28 PM: Autumn was live at the time she called Ken, but she left her Live stream to call him. The call lasted 7 minutes. • 10:54 PM: Ken called her back, and they spoke for 8 minutes. Autumn shared the details of their conversation on Live immediately after it happened. She said they spoke about his upcoming birthday and plans for the next day, and he shared his frustrations related to his breakup with Gypsy. He also encouraged Autumn to keep exposing Gypsy. They hung up and said, "I love you." Autumn shared all of this in real time on TikTok, and her Live stream even wished Ken a happy birthday. I’m honestly sick of the way some mainstream media outlets continue to cover Gypsy Rose while seemingly enabling her to control the narrative around her own story. It’s especially frustrating when the coverage presents a new narrative that Ken was simply a victim of “cyberbullying,” when the situation appears far more complicated than that. From everything that has been publicly discussed and from the records, documents, videos, and prison phone calls that people have been examining, there are serious questions and contradictions that deserve to be addressed. Ryan repeatedly made degrading comments about Ken, including allegations about his sexuality, appearance, employment, and drug use. At the same time, there are also claims that Gypsy made damaging statements about Ken while they were together, including allegations about how their relationship began and what happened between them. That is why I don’t think it is fair to rewrite the entire story as though Ken was simply targeted by random people online. People are looking into this case because they believe there are inconsistencies between the public narrative and what appears in the available records and recordings. The biggest issue for me is the attempt to turn “Ken’s Law” into a story about cyberbullying when many of the questions people are raising go much deeper than social media. The prison calls and other publicly available material have caused people to question the timeline, the relationship, and the claims that have been made over the years. People are allowed to question a public narrative—especially when new documents, recordings, and evidence raise legitimate questions. Calling every person who questions Gypsy a “cyberbully” doesn't make those questions disappear. If anything, it makes transparency and independent reporting even more important.

I thought that would be absolutely insane for her to make that up because now this was an investigation and also the guilt of not being able to say one last goodbye. I know my grandfather did the samething before his accident went around saying his goodbyes like how Ken went to Dallas for a day he just had a feeling. Him and his sister weren’t on the best of terms but he still loved her.

I come from a big family, and my sisters and I have had periods where we have not spoken and gotten into fights. Autumn grew up with Ken, siblings have falling out and make up. Just because Ken was once mad at Autumn doesn't mean he didn't love her. I think it's unfair GR is trying to say she doesn't believe Ken said 'I love you' to Autumn, I think that's weird to say otherwise.
