Unfortunately there’s an independent recourse for companies and shareholders to claim for compensation if government regulation hits their profits too much. It just isn’t this simple.

I'd love to see immediate public ownership, but you have a problem. The ISDS administered the UN, and which was signed by Thatcher makes this tricky.
