applied August 2023. background complete A security check has been going on since August 24 with CBSA. till now nothing changed. tried with Mp every 3 months. he is not unable to do anything due to security check.

Please, I would like your advice regarding my pending Canadian study permit application. I submitted my application on 17 July 2026. IRCC requested my medical examination on 23 September, and my medical results were updated on my portal on 1 October 2026. The problem is that my school’s resumption date was 31 August 2026, so I can no longer join the Fall 2026 intake. The programme I applied for is only offered once a year, during the Fall intake. I contacted the school about deferring my admission to Fall 2027, but they informed me that they have not yet opened the deferral process for that intake. They will be able to defer my admission once the process opens. In this situation, should I proactively notify IRCC through a webform that I can no longer resume in Fall 2026 and that I intend to defer to Fall 2027? Or would it be better to wait until the school issues an updated letter of acceptance? I would appreciate your advice on the best course of action to take while my application is still being processed. Thank you.

Good evening sir.. submitted my application on August 17th for VV and did biometric on the 28th of August but haven’t heard back from the IRCC yet concerning their final decision.

How that use resources when the one answer the phone , it’s not even officer it’s someone like working at call centre , when you call them they will pull your records and tell you generic information nothing helpful , so I’m sorry Josh you talk BS . And why you bother the ircc when you called then is not that job they get pay from , so what is the deal if someone calls them few times to ask about their application , oh you can’t because we are in nazi country if you bothered them that concludes to your refusal
