I didn't convince myself, I straight up lied because being in contact with the pred in that way willingly is something I would judge in someone else. He was already someone I didn't view as a wholesome person, but rather someone who just is, and in certain circles that's what the whole crowd does. Is it good? no. Am I good, also no. But that's the thing, I shouldn't have to be anything at all, there is nothing I did that justifies it. NOTHING. So yes, disgust kept me from speaking up. His choice of existence is something I already had a problem with.
