Mine did that… I used the warranty and shipped it off to get repaired. The replaced the entirety of the top half

Pinch the pieced back together if that doesn’t work then the springs in the back are probably loose and need tightened

I have the OG good Nespresso Machine. Had it for almost 10 years and still works amazingly. Def recommend buying the OG model
