That is 100% asylum fraud and unethical for immigration lawyers to even entertain a client that has dual citizenship especially in the EU which you can live in many different countries. Should of just told her to pack her bags and gtfo

Yeah, the IJ is right. A dual nationality to a safe country without the safety issues of the first country means a loss from the get go. Not complex. This issue should’ve been caught at the consultation.

Why is this even a complicated case? Why is this even allowed to go to asylum? She has a safe country that she has a citizenship to. She just wants to live in this country and that’s not what asylum is. This is why asylum has become a joke and why American citizens are sick of this. You all are tying up the asylum system with this case that doesn’t even have any merit. She’s already a citizen of a safe country in Europe. She needs to go back to her home country. If she wants to move here she needs to find a valid reason to come here and not just claim asylum. That’s ridiculous.
