The scar on Chastin’s face proves the manuscript was the truth. But since she was cut out of the movie, there’s a debate

They left the part out of the movie where Verity locks Lowen and Jeremy in the room after Lowen admits she found the manuscript. Which makes me believe she was searching for it and wrote the letter to cover her @$$

It was super frustrating that they didn’t let her explain herself before killing verity

Read the book & the letter. I am team manuscript. My points are HOW could a mother write about her own children like that and it not be true? If it weren’t, why? Also, the daughter HAD the scar.

Team letter. If Verity was so obsessed with Jeremy like the manuscript claims I don’t think she would let Jeremy see her in that state, so vulnerable for such a long time. Also if she didn’t want to be a mom… how come Crew comes to her, talks to her & she talks to him!

she keeps saying film! like she didnt read the book! they changed the ENTIRE vibe of the book, of Lowen, of Jeremy and made veritys manuscript feel satire. it didnt FEEL satire in the book. it felt very wrong and very true. Just because you changed it up. thats not the OG story. the manuscript was the truth in the book

if you’ve read the book you would understand why people are team manuscript. the movie left out a lot and made it that you can only believe the letter
