Halfway through our roof replacement and we closed last month. Negotiated 5K off for some roof issues that didn’t pass inspection knowing we were going to replace it anyway. Worked out for us as cash buyers!

T-lock roof had one for 12 years. I assume it was 45 years old by the time it needed to be replaced. Best roof we ever had but now days manufacturers made them weaker and weaker over the years to make profits.
