@damaristrades: 😏 Confidence sounds different once you’ve spent enough time learning what actually makes day trading difficult.     Someone can hear “you got into day trading?” and respond like choosing this path was simply another decision on a list, but living through the learning curve gives that question a completely different meaning.    Early on, it can feel like understanding entries should be enough. Then an actual position is open, money is involved, conditions shift, and suddenly knowing what to do becomes much harder than knowing what you studied.     📊 Waiting for confirmation feels different when you’re afraid of missing the move. Taking a loss feels different when your ego wants to prove the idea was right. Staying out feels different when everyone else seems to be participating.    That’s when experience starts changing how you approach each session. You stop measuring progress by how many trades you can take and start paying attention to how well you can follow your rules when emotions are loud. You learn that protecting capital matters just as much as finding opportunities, and being wrong doesn’t require immediately making another decision.    Trading isn’t difficult because nobody can learn it.
