I agree! I’ll add onto this: pet hair on clothing. It absolutely disgusts me and I say this as an animal lover. If you’re going to wear dark clothing, a little lint brushing works wonders!

I have always told my girly that I don’t care where your going and how much we spent on it, we will look clean, neat, and if needed most definitely ironed. I grew up with thrift store second hand clothes and my mom was meticulous. I felt so cared for

Yeah I hang dry all my kids uniform shirts. I can’t stand that dry ashy look when they go through the dryer.

I do not own laundry baskets. Clothes get put in their proper place as soon as the dryer finishes. It makes maintenance so much easier, and nothing ever piles up.

My mom ironed my clothes every day including tshirts, and now I do the same for my kids! I steam all of their active wear. However-The smell of starch is so nostaglic for me!
