A Florida TikTok creator who describes himself as a “Demonologist” and “Grey Hat Hacker” is behind bars after authorities accused him of accessing women’s private information and turning it into social media content. Mark Stephen Asea, 36, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested September 30 and charged with a felony offense against computer users. His bond was set at $35,000.  According to investigators, one woman alleged Asea obtained sensitive information including her password, device identification information, banking-related details and recent online purchases. Police say he also appeared to boast in a video that he could determine her location using her phone’s GPS.  Another woman told investigators she had originally allowed Asea to remotely access her computer for legitimate technical help. She later alleged he claimed to have secretly installed something that allowed him continued access without her permission. A private image from her Telegram messages allegedly later appeared in one of his TikTok posts.  Perhaps the most striking allegation: investigators say Asea posted more than 100 TikTok videos mentioning one of the women, sometimes as many as six in one day.  Asea had previously been arrested in April on stalking and computer-related allegations. Those charges were dropped in May, but prosecutors reopened the criminal case in September.
