Right here babe. Since 2008 2nd gen. Literally witness TVXQ fall apart while binging on BB and discovering all of 2nd gen’s group. Still sad about MBLAQ disband and my girls Afterschool.

I am ahem, older 🤣🤣. I got into Kpop late because I was depressed about losing my faves (David Bowie, Prince, and some of the Ramones, and have to acknowledge Billy Idol is old LOL) so my kid introduced me to Seventeen. I had been introduced to Big Bang years ago, before they hit the states through a bootleg recording a friend had. Now at 59, a I’m happily listening to Shinee, Monsta X, Exo, Got7, Seventeen, and Big Bang. So Second and Third gens.

I got into Kpop in 1996 through a Korean friend at school (Surrey, UK) when I was 16. This was 8 years before I had the internet at home lol. 0.5 and 1st gen really was a different time before 2nd gen blew up with YouTube around 2006/7
