would she wear a smart watch? like one that check all her vitals and stuff, maybe like a visible band? I heard they can predict some things like seizes and flare ups based off data changes, maybe that could be helpful if it wouldn't annoy her? I don't have a visible band because it's a subscription but I have a sport watch that shows my heart rate and blood oxygen and since its connected to an app on my phone my boyfriend can also monitor it even if I'm asleep or laying on my watch, I faint so it's not the same thing at all but maybe it could help if there are any regular changes that happen during bad days ❤️
