Unless there’s a disability or SEND need - kids shouldn’t be allowed to start school until they’re potty trained. It’s a complete dereliction of duty on the part of parents 😡

If the child is not special needs I would say being potty trained should be a requirement to be in reception. Teachers are not there to change nappies. Why are parents not held accountable for this

I took time off work to potty train, never left the house and not a single bit of progress. Just dirty carpets and stress. Told I’m starting too early. I have no more annual leave now until Christmas so anyone with some helpful advice let me know…

my son isnt potty trained and he's still in pull ups nappies at 4 years old , his grandparents didnt even bother to potty train him
