@crimemurdermayhem: Donald Eugene Miller Jr. disappeared from Ohio in 1986 and was declared legally dead in 1994 after his family spent years trying to find him. Then, years later, he walked into a Social Security office and learned something unbelievable: according to the law, he was dead. In 2013, the very judge who declared him dead had to decide whether he could legally bring himself back to life. The bizarre Ohio case became a legal mystery of its own. #donaldeugenemillerjr #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeCommunity #TrueCrimeStorytime #missingperson

SamanthasView :

The judge could’ve awarded the kids an amount of back child support that added up to what they “owed” on the social security benefit. Make his debt be his again!

Julie Dean :

Knowing it happened in the next county over, I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this case.

You who comment first you are not first. You who comment early we know

Polyester Bride :

This is very interesting but why do you use such weird phrasing "would say" instead of "said" etc?

Shadowwolf2371 :

Curiosity question: Back then a newspaper ad was placed many times in these situations. Nowadays what would be the equivalent? Like would you put out a public FB post? Craigslist?
