@naahlulali: UPDATE: ADOPTED ❤️ 🚨‼️ EUTHANASIA DEADLINE 10/12‼️🚨 📍INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA 🚨Ragu needs a hero by 5pm 10/12 - Available to adopt, foster or be pulled by a Rescue 🚨 ❗️I do not work at the shelter and I do not have any say in their decisions. Animals being euthanized for kennel space breaks my heart so I do everything I can to make sure it doesn’t happen. I foster at risk/euth listed dogs & cats to keep them safe, post the other at risk animals in the shelter & help coordinate rescue so we can save as many as possible ❤️ ─────── 🩵 Ragu, A369090 📍Indianapolis Animal Care Services Shelter location: 5001 E Raymond St, Indianapolis, IN Staff notes & info from the Indianapolis Animal Care Services Trello page: Sex: Neutered Male Breed: GSD Age: 4 Year old Weight: 79 Lbs. Heartworm: POSITIVE Experienced with Dogs: Unknown Experienced with Cats: Unknown Experienced with Kids: Unknown Available for Rescue: Yes Available for Adoption: Yes Available for Foster: Yes Ragu is seeking rescue placement and must find placement by 5pm on 10/12, due to becoming stressed and showing some guarding behavior in adoptive home and here in the kennels. He may do best in an all women home, or at least a home with a man that is willing to baby talk and go slow while winning his trust. He went on a Doggy Day Out and did well, walked nicely on leash. The said he seemed more comfortable being able to approach new people himself instead of being approached by them. We would love to get Ragu out of the shelter and into a less stressful environment where he can hopefully learn to trust a new family. ─────── 📍Location: Indianapolis Animal Care Services Shelter Address: 5001 E Raymond St Indianapolis, IN 46205 Adoptions: [email protected] Rescues: [email protected] PLEASE MESSAGE ME OR GO TO THE SHELTER IN PERSON IF YOU CAN HELP YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THE SHELTER VIA PHONE OR EMAIL The shelter is open daily from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm ⟡ No appointment is required ⟡ Animals shown until 6:30 pm ⟡ Euthanasia Deadline animals need placement by 5pm to be guaranteed safe A government-issued photo ID is required to walk through the kennels and to adopt.
