I'm pretty sure city didn't even spend the most out of the big six, he didn't have a financial advantage over the other top clubs (unless stuff comes out about more hidden payments or unless I'm missing something)

I 100% think it makes his achievements less impressive think about arsene Wenger if he had the amount of money pep had you do not think he whould easily win the premier league multiple times? he him self said that man city was clearly cheating and he was 100% right he whould struggle sleeping becouse he had to sell his players to afford the emirates stadium while pep never had to resort to selling his players to build the new man city stadium

His quality as a coach is beyond question, he is a magnificent coach with incredible football visions and an ability to implement it through his players. but it absolutely makes his actual achievements and there by legacy less impressive. the absurd quality in depth and ability to replace failed signings so quickly were absolutely integral to their ability to perform on the pitch. even if he did his elite coaching with a lower level squad, he would not have been anywhere near as dominant
