@mystique.awakening: There’s a reason I don’t believe you can think your way into embodiment. You can know exactly who you want to become. You can understand your patterns, know where they came from, have the vision board, repeat the affirmations and be painfully self aware…but if your body is still operating from the same energetic state it learned to survive in, becoming her can feel like trying to plant something new in soil that hasn’t recovered from the last season yet. This is where healing still matters. Before I ask someone to hold more, I want to know what they’re already carrying. Where is energy depleted? Where is there too much? What are the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies communicating? Which energy centers are struggling to receive, express, trust, create or feel safe? That’s part of what I’m working with during Reiki. We’re not healing you because the current version of you is somehow wrong and needs to disappear. We’re creating more balance in the system she’s been using to survive…so there’s actually room for something different to take root. I don’t want you to think embodiment is pretending you already have the life you want. I want you to remember that embodiment is giving your body enough experiences of safety, receiving, expression, love, power and trust that what once felt completely foreign can eventually begin to feel familiar. And THAT distinction becomes especially important when you’re trying to “feel as if” you already have something you’ve literally never experienced before. DM me SESSION and tell me what you’ve been working through. I’ll help you determine whether a healing session makes sense for where you are right now 🤍 #reiki #reikihealing #reikiasmr #reikienergy #asmrreiki
