@copilotsamaritan: Things you didn't know you can do with Copilot (part 50) Data scattered across Excel, CSVs, and Word docs? So.. Cowork reads them all and builds one clean spreadsheet: ✅ Totals by region ✅ Duplicates removed ✅ Unconfirmed numbers flagged, not guessed Even Microsoft's EVP of Copilot starts his day this way. Link in bio if you wanna master Copilot. PROMPT 👇 "Read all the sales files in my OneDrive folder [folder name], including Excel, CSV, and any tables inside Word docs. Combine them into one clean Excel spreadsheet with totals by region. Remove duplicate entries. If a deal or number isn't confirmed, leave the cell blank and flag it in a notes column instead of guessing. Add a short summary at the top of what you merged and what you flagged." #microsoftcopilot #copilot #ai #learnai #aitools #aitricks #aitips #practicalyai
