some countys in Texas when a warrant gets issued a judge will put a bond on it incase the person gets picked up in a country that don't do arraignment on a regular basis thu out the day so they can post bond before being arraigned. but then again when they get the warrant the charges are filed with the DA

How are you having to post bond when you don’t have any charges? How is this even legal? If you don’t have enough to charge, then you don’t have enough to restrict a persons freedom.
