Again, very good points. That’s why I stated that misgendering people because* you disagree with them is transphobia. Misgendering someone unintentionally and correcting yourself is rad and not transphobic 👍 admittedly I didn’t see your other video, and I appreciate you correcting yourself and others. And one may argue it was my responsibility to check your page and see if you made a follow up vid before saying anything tbf. I didn’t mean this as a diversion from anything, I just saw it in the comments and I would hope that if someone was misgendering me someone would say something as well.

sigh. waking up to another video about me. idk if you noticed or not, but I deleted the response video to you before you even posted the one stitching the parts of it that benefitted you. I then went on to make a new video with the exact same comment you made to make my point even more clear, not involving accusing you (because believe it or not, I agree I shouldn’t have done that). but you told me you weren’t going to watch my new video about you, so…. none of this is my problem. like eli said, you didn’t choose to correct any of your “friends” that i’m not a woman, and you’d heart react their comments, and laugh with them about whatever it is they were saying. let’s just move the fuck on, shall we?

i once missgendered someone purely by mistake all i saw in the video was a hand on a fairground game and heard a voice. i apollogised the second someone pointed it out. the account still made a video reply (ignoring my apollogy) and acting like i did it delibratly when it was the first video of theres i saw

🤌🤌 Absolutely right! It got deleted?? 🤣🤣 It's NOT your responsibility to investigate someone's gender before responding. I realized I'm nonbinary about twenty years ago and I'm misgendered every day. Shit, even before then- I was misgendered regularly. It's just not that serious.. online vs irl. If a person cares THAT much about being identified correctly, it is that person's responsibility to advertise it accordingly- as part of a username or overlayed text; by wearing a pin ffs. This video bolsters what I commented before- your emotional intelligence is exemplary. Hopefully someone else (in particular) can learn from your example. 💚

“That video was deleted” just like many of the transphobic comments under your video. You might have eventually corrected (some of?) the transphobia, but the people who look up to you so much were quick to double, and even triple down on it. And to conflate being misgendered to being called a white witch was incredibly disingenuous. Transphobia KILLS US. Being called a white witch MAYBE made you sad? You should not be dismissing transphobia as a cis person. And transphobia DESERVES to be talked about- acting like getting validly upset over it and giving it the attention it deserves is just a diversion? That’s fucked up, reductive, and dismissive.
