does living alone really need a big shop 🤣🤣 my top tip would be tidy as you go . how can one person make a mess 👌 . ps food shopping and cooking is the only negative of living alone . although I have a dog n 2 cats so am I really alone . anyway I'll stop now [Laughing]

I put candles on before i do any housework to reward myself for starting. And I declutter every season, so I’m down to the most minimal I’ve ever been. I never answer the door when it’s dark unless I’m expecting someone.

All of the above, Friday night is my treat night. A nice M&S meal with snacks, shower, fresh PJs and a drink. Candles on and something easy on the TV, it's my reward for finishing the week 💕

Always wash up as you go, nobody else going to do it and don't want to wake up dirty plates in the morning. Background noise is a definite too Hope you have a great day

I’ve become a bit of a meal prepper. I make a big pot of something, pack it with veggies and I’ll eat it for dinner for the next couple nights as well. I only really cook twice a week and it’s much more economical than cooking every night. It’s not for everyone but I’m building a good list of meals that reheat well
