I'm a Delivery driver here and I'm not sure where most people are getting there license from but it's everyday people doing stupid shit on the roads. If it's not going the speed limit causing road rage it's people going 20 over. People not paying attention pulling out in front of others or not looking and changing lanes pushing others into oncoming traffic. There is no Common Sense or Courtesy with the majority of drivers in Midland and most drive like they're the only ones on the road!
