On the call, she asks him how all those guys got in the room in the first place, he responds saying the party was crowded and he guesses they just went to the balcony because that was the only other place to go…. The REAL reason is because he sent out a message in the group chat inviting them.

this is what i thought happened that she may have consented to one MAYBE two of those guys(shes in college experimenting no shame in that) but that it at some point became not consensual which would make it SA

Sadly, from what I understand of NY law (heard from an attorney), if you willingly drink and takes drugs but are conscious, able to move and do not say "no" or "stop", they dont consider that SA which is absolutely INSANE to me.

The sole alone fact that she let HIM tell his recollection first bc she knew he was gonna lie knowing SHE KNOWS THE TRUTH. No matter how drunk we ALWAYS know the truth trauma sobers us up hella . So 🤷‍♀️
