@bunnygirlbree: -💄Beauty ritual, that skincare routine, sitting in the mirror and doing your makeup etc. you can add more to it like candles with colours associated with your intention, herbs or oils, even things like sea shells and flowers, these things aren’t needed, but it gives it more of that ritualistic feel to light that candle, speak my intentions and initiate my beauty routine. -🧎🏻‍♀️yoga & stretches, I like to get my body moving, sometimes it’s a yoga routine or sometimes it’s more simple body stretches, just something to get your body moving and flowing. -🌙tarot reading, right now I’m in the process of connecting more with Tarot, so pretty often I’ll pull a tarot card, asking my deck to give me something to represent the day ahead of me, something I would understand looking back tomorrow about my day. -🪞mirror affirmations, also can be part of my beauty ritual, I will look into the mirror and speak good things into the universe, I really like to do this daily because the more you speak good thoughts, the easier it will be to think good things naturally. -📖journaling & studying, these things (and reading) make my brain feel good, journaling at the end of the day helps me reflect on everything and ground myself, where as studying subjects im interested in right now stimulates my brain, same with reading! +🧘🏼‍♀️meditation, as well as energy work, I like to sit and focus on clearing my mind completely, with every breath in I imagine taking in good energy from everything around me, and with every breath out I imagine all the negative energy being pushed out of my body, it feels good to get your energy moving, and for a over working mind it feels good to sit in silence for a bit. #spirituality #SelfImprovement #wellness #witchcraft
