So if I want to become a PA. Can I just pay you to do all of my study materials. 🤣 I’m not smart enough. I’ll just stick to being a massage therapist. 😂

High fiber has worked best for me to reduce cravings but it's still hard. A lot of people have no idea how much food cravings can consume a person's thoughts. It's a fight.

Varies a lot from person to person but i noticed once i swapped a few foods for better quality things i started losing weight effortlessly. I heard that on a podcast, instead of removing, add good food so you don't want bad food to begin with and don't starve.

I mean to be fair and honest pookie pokie works, and it can lead to good habits changes. If it were available when I had my health journey i would have used them.

Here's a question I struggle to answer... Starving is technically a calorie deficit. Someone I know likes to eat one meal a day. How is starving yourself different from a calorie deficit, and why does eating one meal a day stop yielding results eventually?

but what do if everyday diet is different? one day eat 2000 + calories. next day might not have time for breakfast and only eat 1000 calories? what is deficit if number never the same?
