Timeline of events: June 2025 - Grace posts on brides of Chicago on fb about a videography package, we message back and forth and then send her a down payment January 2026 - Grace texts me saying she’d throw in a second shooter for 4 hrs if we paid ahead of our due date 🚩 March 2026 - We send a payment April 2026 - We pay the rest of the balance June 2026 - 1 week before our wedding brides come forward speaking out against Grace, saying she owes them money, videos, pictures, or no showed at their weddings. My photographer and i come up with a backup plan just in case she no shows. Wedding day - She texts me from a new number, but says she’ll be there. She shows up. Shes very kind, and we decide no backup plan is needed. She says she’ll send footage in 2 weeks. Between then and now… LOTS of texts from me to her inquiring about the videos, telling her it’s okay if it’s not edited, and her only sometimes responding. To now… Contract stated 6-8 weeks post wedding, which would’ve been August 7th.
