I have to say we are so so soooo burnt out on flip homes. The market is inundated with them here, way over priced, they're not even to code, awful hot mess. That being said at least these flips do not look like the stereo typical ones here white house, black trim, cheap mirrors, cheap vinyl or LVP, the stereo typical light fixtures. It's so bad here we can tell a flip without even looking at the purchase history dates.

Seems like a lot of money went into that house, probably highly priced home for the area and they’re looking at making their money back. That house will be destroyed after a few years of renting.

the house looks fine I think it's very nice. he's doing stuff that's too specific you need to do some more neutral colors than some of this crazy stuff he's doing. you can't build something for what you like you have to build something for what the mainstream likes.

Or…. Rent it out as a party place. Birthdays, business, churches, weddings etc. rent out 3 hour rental for $150. If filled up, could make $900 or more per weekend, maybe more. which is waaayyy more that $1600 a month… just saying
